All Shareholder’s

With the Holiday’s just around the corner I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The Office will be sending out the Election Ballots the first week in January 2016. Our Annual Board Meeting will be held on Saturday March 5th,2016. It is extremely important for all shareholders to take the time to vote and turn in their ballot by the annual meeting.

The up-grade for Tengo Internet has been completed, so we should all see a vast improvement in the WiFi.

The developer for the next store property has sent us a letter that is attached. This letter explains when the construction will be starting.

This January all our snow birds will be returning to Peppertree. Please remember to continue picking-up after your pets. Also remember to keep our park free of any cigarette butts and papers. So that we can continue to have nice neighborhood.

Park news:

  • We have had a serious incident with a raccoon that was found to be carrying distemper, the animal control made us aware that the raccoons are being attracted to our community due to residents feeding the raccoons, trash left out, and left over pet food being unattended. Please NOTE!! People and Pets will be quarantine for a mandatory 10 days at their cost if bitten or scratched and the park is mandated to report any incident happening on premises. Please think of others living here and stop feed them.
  • Our roads are being repaired and surfaced in front area in the coming days, and patching in back areas.
  • Follow up of our yearly rounds has been completed, thanks to all that have participated and continuously kept our surroundings looking beautiful and attractive. Notification has been sent out for non-compliance.
  • The dumpster has been moved and we are improving this area, it will be short term; sorry for any inconvenience. Pad is in the drying process.
  • We have noticed some concerns in the recreation areas. Some examples are equipment not being returned and pool umbrellas not retracted after use.  Let’s all work together to pass the word to put things back the way we found them and take good care of the equipment for our community.
  • Remember this season brings many visitors to our park with children and pets. We all need to observe the speed sign and pay close attention to our surroundings.

Let us all give our appreciation to Norm & Glnette in lot #16, for the new sod up front.

Bob’s Corner:

Please be mindful of keeping lawn areas free of hoses and extra items, we are in a high growth season and it delays cutting. Thank You for the continuous use of the cigarette butt containers. Thank you for your continued understanding and please notify us of any concerns you may have.

Best Regards,

Denise Soggs, President
