Full Hook-Up RV Lots
Our Full Hook-up RV Lots are back-in only and feature 30-amp and/or 50-amp electric, water, sewer and cable. Both parking pads and grassy sites can accommodate recreation vehicles up to 41-feet long.
Clubhouse & Office
All year long, we offer a variety of activities for our campers and residents, such as pot luck dinners, card games, holiday parties, sport game nights, exercise sessions, community gatherings and more. Our clubhouse is your home base of operations for your vacation or private function.
Swimming Pool
Gather, cool off and unwind with friends and family in our salt water swimming pool with sun loungers, chairs, tables and sun umbrellas.
Local Beach Access
We are located just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Saint Augustine Beach is known for its fine sand and vibrant beach culture and offers 42 miles of stunning coastline. Activities include swimming, fishing, surfing, cycling, kayaking, walking and relaxing by the shore.
Catch & Release Fishing Pond
Fishing is a popular pastime enjoyed by many guests and residents alike. PepperTree offers a serene escape into nature and the thrill of the catch via our community pond and dedicated fishing platform and bench.

Families will be delighted to let their kids unleash their energy and have a blast while laughing and swinging through the air til their hearts content.
Picnic Area & Sundeck
A big deck for spending a delightful day outdoors. Admire the lush greenery, tranquil surroundings and panoramic view of the pond. This is the perfect spot to gather and indulge in a delightful meal next to the pool and play area with nearby restrooms too.

Postal & Delivery Services
Send and receive mail with the US Postal Service. Each Lot in PepperTree has a dedicated, secure mailbox for letters and small packages. We also benefit from delivery services direct to your Lot including FedEx, UPS and other delivery services.
